UM Printing for Student Groups and Organizations
Recognizing the printing needs of student groups and organizations, the Student Activity Fee Allocation Committee (SAFAC) offers dedicated UM Printing funding. This funding is specifically designed to support the printing of flyers, posters, and other materials necessary for student activities throughout the academic year. It’s important to note that SAFAC funding is not available to organizations already equipped with copiers or printers through their umbrella organization.
Student groups seeking funding can easily apply through the SAFAC Funding Request Forms. It is crucial for students to avoid using their personal UM Printing credits for group or organizational printing purposes. Remember, each student receives an allocation of 130 UM Printing credits annually for their personal academic printing needs. Once this initial allocation is used, students can easily add funds to their UM Printing account to continue utilizing the service.
