A $75.00 evaluation fee will be applied to any printer or logic board returned where we cannot replicate the reported failure. This fee is also applicable to printers or logic boards that are deemed irreparable. Printer Return Procedure for Efficient Repairs
To ensure a smooth and efficient printer repair process, please follow our printer return procedure. Return the printer to BOCA for repair with freight prepaid, ideally in its original box and packing materials.
Crucially, include a completed repair form with each printer returned. Failure to include this form will likely cause delays in the repair process. We prefer payments to be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payment on open account is also acceptable for customers who maintain an active and current account status with us.
