Cabrillo College is excited to offer free printing and copying services to all students at every on-campus printing location. You can now easily access printing resources without any additional costs.
To utilize the free printing services, you will need your student network account information, the same login you use for Canvas. Simply log in to any campus computer workstation using your network username and password. Please note that wireless printing and printing directly from personal computers, laptops, or phones are not currently supported.
How to Access Free Printing Services
When you are at a campus workstation and choose to print, the Equitrac printing system will prompt you to log in. Use your network username and password each time you print. This is the same credential you use for Canvas, myCabrillo, and campus WiFi.
Keep in mind the following guidelines when using the printing service:
- You can print up to 30 pages single-sided or 15 pages double-sided in a single print job.
- For larger documents exceeding these limits, simply send multiple print jobs.
- We encourage responsible printing to minimize paper waste. Please only print what you need and avoid printing entire books at once.
- For students needing color prints, color printing is available at the CTC locations on both the Aptos and Watsonville campuses.
After sending your print job, a dialog box will appear displaying the total number of pages. It is crucial to wait until the dialog box finishes calculating the total pages before clicking “Accept”. Once you click “Accept,” you are responsible for collecting your print job promptly.

Aptos Campus:
- Library: A central and easily accessible location for printing.
- The HUB: Another convenient spot for students to print documents.
- CTC (Computer Technology Center): Offers both black & white and color printing options.
- Allied Health/Nursing Lab: Printing services available within the Allied Health and Nursing Lab.
Watsonville Campus:
- ILC (Instructional Learning Center): Your go-to location for printing in Watsonville.
- CTC (Computer Technology Center): Similar to the Aptos campus CTC, color and black & white printing are available here.
