Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order to ensure you receive the most affordable and efficient shipping options available. At amazingprint.net, we utilize USPS rates to determine these costs, which may fluctuate. If you believe there’s an error in your shipping calculation, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can verify and assist you. We are pleased to offer free shipping on select items for orders over $75 within the US.

Please note that certain items are excluded from our free shipping promotion. These include, but are not limited to: drop-shipped rolls, apparel, drinkware, large rolls of vinyl, transfer tape, cutting mats, and large signage.

We proudly ship our Vinyl Prints and other products to a wide range of countries, including:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United States.

Currently, we do not ship directly to the United Kingdom due to regulatory changes implemented in 2021. However, customers in the UK can still purchase our products, including vinyl prints, through our Etsy shop: Smashing Ink Vinyl on Etsy.

If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will check if shipping to your location is possible. We can provide a custom shipping quote and potentially add your country to our shipping destinations.

We are continually working to expand our international shipping capabilities. If you encounter any issues while placing your order, preventing completion, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the problem promptly.

International Shipping of Vinyl Prints

For international orders of vinyl prints and other items shipped from the US, please be aware that they may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We accurately complete all customs forms, declaring items as “merchandise” at their actual value. All international shipments include tracking, although tracking visibility may be limited once the package leaves the US. Please understand that we are not liable for orders lost in transit internationally.

Shipping Methods for Vinyl Prints

We primarily utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping your vinyl prints. Our system is designed to automatically calculate shipping costs for both First Class and Priority Shipping options. If you require Express (1 Business Day) Shipping, please contact us before placing your order to obtain a quote.

RUSH Processing for Urgent Vinyl Print Orders

If you need your vinyl prints faster than our standard processing times, we offer options to expedite your order. You can request RUSH processing or upgrade to EXPRESS (overnight) shipping. Please contact us with your required delivery date, and we will assess the feasibility and provide available options. Local Pickup for Vinyl Prints

For customers located near Nampa, Idaho, we offer a convenient local pickup option for your vinyl print orders. This option is automatically available during checkout. Please select local pickup only if you are genuinely local to the Nampa area. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Your tracking number will correspond to the code and box number where your items are located. Our pickup box is accessible 24/7 for your convenience.

Packaging Details for Vinyl Prints

To ensure your vinyl prints arrive in perfect condition, orders are carefully rolled and packaged in plastic tubing, then shipped in either square or round tubes. If you prefer flat packaging, please indicate this in the order notes during checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate flat shipping requests, it may not always be possible depending on the order contents. We are actively working to introduce a dedicated flat shipping option soon. Please note that sheets larger than 12×12 inches cannot be shipped flat. Orders containing only 6×6 inch sheets are typically mailed flat. Larger orders are generally rolled, placed in plastic tubing, and shipped in flat rate boxes. We reserve the right to choose the most cost-effective packaging and shipping method. Orders containing faux leather and no vinyl may be shipped in flexible poly mailers.

Shipping Notifications and Tracking for Vinyl Print Orders

Once your vinyl print order has been shipped, our system will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This email will include a link to the USPS website, allowing you to easily track your package’s journey. You can also access your order history on our website to view order details and tracking information at any time.

Shipping Issues with Your Vinyl Prints

Once your vinyl print order is in transit, the tracking information available to you is the same information we can access. For any delivery issues, please contact your local post office branch directly, providing your tracking information for assistance. We have no control over shipping delays or packages that may go missing during transit.

We can only provide assistance after shipment in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.

Order Issues – Damaged or Incorrect Vinyl Prints

If your vinyl prints arrive damaged, or you receive incorrect items, please verify that you received something different from your order. If there is a discrepancy, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing details of the issue and including photos if applicable.

If we confirm that damage or an error occurred, we will, at our discretion, either refund the item cost or send a replacement. For damaged items, clear photos of both the damage and the packaging are necessary for us to file an insurance claim. Without sufficient photographic evidence of damage, we unfortunately cannot process refunds or replacements, as we will be unable to seek reimbursement from the shipping carrier.
