I’m excited to share two distinct methods for achieving the perfect leopard print on your cookies. The choice between them often depends on the time I have available and my comfort level with royal icing consistencies.

The first technique, known as “wet on dry,” is excellent for cookie decorating beginners. It’s more forgiving and allows for greater control.

The second method, “wet on wet,” is my preferred approach when I’m not pressed for time and want a slightly more blended, organic look. However, it does require a bit more experience with royal icing consistencies and a quicker working pace.
