- Direct Print: Support ended September 30, 2022.
- Box Operator: Support ended March 31, 2022.
- Print Status Notifier: Support ended March 31, 2022.
- HDD TWAIN Driver: Support ended March 31, 2022.
- Copy Protection Utility: Discontinued on new products from September 30, 2017, with download and support ending September 30, 2018. For similar functionality, users can utilize the Web Connection interface standardly installed on Konica Minolta multi-function printers, which offers copy protection and stamp information registration.
- PageScope NDPS Gateway and Web Print Assistant: Download and support services have ended.
The discontinuation of these services means that downloads and technical support are no longer available for these specific software applications. Users relying on these tools should consider transitioning to alternative solutions where applicable. For instance, Fleet RMM is suggested as a replacement for PageScope Net Care Device Manager, and Web Connection offers copy protection features as a substitute for Copy Protection Utility.
