Step-by-Step Printing Instructions

Printing from Library Workstations is straightforward. Follow these simple steps to get your documents printed quickly:

  1. Initiate Your Print Job: Start by visiting http://campusprinting.ucdavis.edu and click on the prominent “PRINT” button to begin the process.

  2. Choose Your Printer: Under the “Printer Name” dropdown menu, you will see two options. Select “Library Black and White” for standard black and white printing or “Library Color” for color prints, depending on your needs.

A minimum charge of $5.00 per billing cycle applies. If your actual usage is less than $5.00, the remaining credit will be carried over to the next billing period.

Repro Graphics Card Payment

Repro Graphics cards are available for purchase from vending machines located at:

These cards can be purchased using cash only. Please note that credit cards and coins are not accepted, and change is not given. A $0.50 fee is deducted from the initial purchase price for the card itself. Cards are initially dispensed with a $0.50 value; follow the vending machine instructions to ensure any additional amount paid is correctly credited to your card.
