Payment Methods for Campus Printing Services

UC Davis Libraries offer two primary payment methods for printing, copying, and scanning services: Student ID Cards and Repro Graphics Cards.

Student ID Card Payment

Using your Student ID card for printing, copying, or scanning conveniently tracks your usage. Student accounts are billed at the end of each academic term. A minimum charge of $5.00 per billing cycle applies. If your actual usage is less than $5.00, the remaining credit will be carried over to the next billing period.

Repro Graphics Card Payment

Repro Graphics cards can be purchased from vending machines located in the following library locations:

  • Shields Library: First Level, to the left of the main entrance, near the New Books section.
  • Blaisdell Medical Library: Near the multifunction devices, adjacent to the book stacks.

These vending machines accept cash only. Credit cards and coins are not accepted, and change is not provided. Please note that $0.50 of the initial purchase price is for the card itself. The cards are initially dispensed with a $0.50 value. Carefully follow the instructions on the vending machine to ensure any additional amount you pay is correctly credited to your copy card.

If you encounter issues adding value to your card before the purchase times out, contact Repro Graphics at [email protected] to request a credit. Processing credits may take several business days.

You can add more value to your Repro Graphics card at any of the vending machines that dispense these cards. Always follow the on-screen instructions carefully.
