Versatile Poster Dimensions
We accommodate a wide range of poster sizes to meet your specific requirements. Our system has a minor size constraint to ensure optimal print quality:
- Dimension Limit: Only one side of your poster can exceed 42 inches.
- Example of what we cannot print: A poster sized 56″ x 46″ is not printable.
- Examples of printable sizes: We can easily print common sizes such as 56″ x 42″, 42″ x 60″, or 48″ x 36″.

Please review the following details to ensure a smooth and efficient printing experience.
Operational and Pickup Hours
Our standard hours of operation and poster pickup are:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Excluding UF observed holidays)
Processing Time
We process poster submissions in the order they are received to maintain fairness and efficiency.
- Same-Day Pickup: Posters submitted by 12:00 PM are often available for pickup on the same day, depending on current order volume.
- Next Business Day Pickup: Typically, posters are ready for pickup the next business day after submission.
- Friday Submissions: Posters submitted on Friday will be available for pickup starting the following Monday.
Online Submissions Only
To streamline our workflow and provide the best service, all poster printing submissions are handled exclusively online.
- No Walk-in Services: We do not currently offer walk-in services for poster printing.
Important Note for Apple/MacOS Users
To prevent any potential issues with formatting, fonts, or data loss, we kindly request Apple/MacOS users to:
- Save as PDF: Export or save a copy of your poster as a .PDF file before uploading your submission. This ensures accurate printing of your charts, fonts, and overall design.
Poster Pickup Instructions
To ensure a seamless pickup process, please adhere to the following instructions:
- Wait for Pickup Notification: Please wait until you receive your pickup email notification before coming to our office.
- Call Upon Arrival: When you are approximately 10-15 minutes away from our location, please call our office at (352) 273-7071.
- Location: 3450 Hull Road, Gainesville, FL 32607
- Valet Pickup: For your convenience, please proceed to the Valet area and remain in your vehicle. We will personally meet you at your vehicle to deliver your poster.
